Get the freedom to choose the meals you want and get the best value when you commit to an 8-order subscription plan! You will be charged the pack price every time your order recurs for a minimum of 8 orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Our packs are delivered in a reusable cardboard box, packed with biodegradable Woolcool to keep the contents chilled (and plenty of care!). If you're interested in our recycling efforts, you can read more on our blog. We work closely with New Zealand Post and offer a premium nationwide delivery to individual addresses, or in bulk to one address.

Just add how many meals you are after and add to the cart. We will ask you about the frequency of your deliveries and then your all set! Payments are processed before each delivery is dispatched. Remember that you can make changes to your upcoming order each week. You will receive weekly emails notifying you about the cut off times for changes.

All orders will be left in a safe cool place between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If you have any special delivery instructions please let us know.

Preparation and Heating

You’ll find cooking and reheating instructions on the packaging of all our meals. All of our meals are already cooked and simply require being reheated – either from frozen or once defrosted – and this can be done either in the microwave or oven. Depending on the strength of your microwave, it may take between 2–5 minutes to reheat a meal.

Every Meal Box is made in a commercial kitchen with highest food standards and only using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

Keep your meals in the freezer and can be stored to the best before date on the packaging. Once thawed meals will need to be eaten within 4 days.

too many mistakes with orders

Very poor customer service, its one thing to make mistakes, we all do, but you need to own your mistakes and put them right.

One of the best keto meal packs in NZ

I've tried my share of packs over the years, and Mealbox would easily be the better of them all - not only because they're a lot more reasonably priced, but the flavours are amazing. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try! A++

Awkward website

The meals were okay, but when ordering I found I had to go backwards & forwards many times to achieve an order. Nearly everything I clicked on was "unavailable"...

Still waiting for my last order

Weather event meant orders were held back. You sill took the money from my account each week and I didn't have a problem with this. The last 2 weeks I have only received one box and paid for 2??
