How big are the meals, or how many people do they feed?
All our meals are recommended for one person with a serving size of 300g.
How is the food delivered?
Packaging - Our packs are delivered in a reusable cardboard box, packed with biodegradable Woolcool to keep the contents chilled (and plenty of care!).
Couriers - We work closely with Courier Post and offer a premium nationwide delivery to individual addresses.
When do you deliver? Do you offer next day delivery?
Food will be dispatched every day Monday to Thursday via courier on overnight delivery service for next day delivery, however, some rural deliveries may take an extra day.
* Please note due to Covid-19 delivery days and times cannot be guaranteed, as courier services are under a lot of pressure. If you need a care package delivered for a specific occasion, please order a few days ahead of the date you need to be safe.
Do you offer rural delivery?
Yes, we do.
Do you deliver on Public Holidays?
Packages cannot be dispatched or delivered on public holidays, as our couriers do not operate on these days. If a dispatch day falls on a public holiday, dispatch will be moved to the next business day.
How do you cook it/reheat it?
You’ll find cooking and reheating instructions on the packaging of all our meals. All of our meals are already cooked and simply require being reheated – either from frozen or once defrosted – and this can be done either in the microwave or oven. Depending on the strength of your microwave, it may take between 2–5 minutes to reheat a meal.
How do subscriptions work?
Just add how many meals you are after and add to the cart. We will ask you about the frequency of your deliveries and then your all set!
Payments are processed before each delivery is dispatched.
Remember that you can make changes to your upcoming order each week. You will receive weekly emails notifying you about the cut of times for changes.
Can I change my subscription?
Of course! You can make changes every week before the cut off time.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, just log into your account and change details.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?

What are the cut off times for deliveries?
Cut off is currently midnight prior to dispatch day.
What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?
All orders will be left in a safe place. If you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know.
How long will my meals stay fresh?
Keep your meals in the freezer and can be stored to the best before date on the packaging. Once thawed meals will need to be eaten within 4 days.
