December 20th - 23rd (Monday - Thursday)

If your upcoming order falls on any of these dates, it will be best to move your next order date to December 19th to have your order dispatched on the 20th and still receive your order for the week. Please note that because of the holidays, the next dispatch date will be on December 29th. Our normal dispatch date resumes on January 10th, 2022.

For orders scheduled on:
December 24th - 28th (Friday - Tuesday)

If your upcoming order falls on any of the dates from December 24th to December 26th, and should you wish to have it delivered within the week of ordering (December 20th-26th) it will be best to move your next order date to December 19th to have your order dispatched on the 20th and still receive your order for the week. Please note that because of the holidays, the next dispatch date will be on January 5th. Our normal dispatch date resumes on January 10th, 2022.

For orders scheduled on:
December 29th - January 4th (Wednesday - Tuesday)

If your upcoming order falls on any of the dates from December 31st to January 2nd, it will be best to move your next order date to December 28th to have your order dispatched on the 29th and still receive your order for the week (December 27th-31st). Please note that our normal dispatch date resumes on January 10th, 2022.

How do I skip an order?

To skip an order, simply go to our website and log in to your account using your email and password. You may go to this link to start: https://mealbox.co.nz/account/login. Upon login, please click the “manage subscription’ part and from there you will be directed to a page that has the “manage upcoming orders” section where you perform the order skipping. Please see screenshots as reference.

How do I change my order date?

To change your order date, simply go to our website and log in to your account using your email and password. You may go to this link to start: https://mealbox.co.nz/account/login. Upon login, please click the “manage subscription” part and from there you will be directed to a page that shows you how to change the order date at the top section. Just click the “change date” and you’d be able to edit your next order date. Please see screenshots as reference.

How do I change my meal selections?

To change your meal selections, simply go to our website and log in to your account using your email and password. You may go to this link to start: https://mealbox.co.nz/account/login.  Upon login, please click the “manage subscription” part and from there you will be directed to a page that has the “manage upcoming orders” section where you can perform the change in your meal selections by clicking the “make your selections”.
