Description

Rolled Beef rib eye, with a grated potato & leek royale, green beans, balsamic and jus.

Steps

  1. Place the potato & leek rosti in the oven or air fryer for 10 minutes until hot through and a little toasted.
  2. Heat a fry pan to medium high heat, add a little oil and carefully place your steaks in, add beans next to the steak.  Season with a little salt. Fry the steaks for 1-2 minutes on both sides.  Remove steaks from the pan and set aside to rest for a few minutes, leave the beans to slightly brown.  Lower the heat and add the garlic butter to melt.
  3. Pop the steaks back in with the beans and butter and let that butter get all over the steak & beans. Remove the pan from the heat. Heat the Jus in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until hot.

  4. Take the potato and leek rosti out of the oven and get to plating up.  Place the rosti on the plate followed by steak, beans.  Pour on Jus and drizzle with a little balsamic glaze, garnish like a pro.

Our packs are delivered in a reusable cardboard box, packed with biodegradable Woolcool to keep the contents chilled (and plenty of care!). We work closely with New Zealand Post and offer a premium nationwide delivery to individual addresses, or in bulk to one address.
Just add how many meals you are after and add to the cart. We will ask you about the frequency of your deliveries and then your all set! Payments are processed before each delivery is dispatched. Remember that you can make changes to your upcoming order each week. You will receive weekly emails notifying you about the cut off times for changes.
All orders will be left in a safe cool place between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If you have any special delivery instructions please let us know.

Preparation and Heating

You’ll find cooking and reheating instructions on the packaging of all our meals. All of our meals are already cooked and simply require being reheated – either from frozen or once defrosted – and this can be done either in the microwave or oven. Depending on the strength of your microwave, it may take between 2–5 minutes to reheat a meal.
Every Meal Box is made in a commercial kitchen with highest food standards and only using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
Keep your meals in the freezer and can be stored to the best before date on the packaging. Once thawed meals will need to be eaten within 4 days.
