Black Pepper & Ginger Caramel Chicken

Description
Chicken thigh baked in a black pepper and ginger spiced sauce w Jasmine rice, Bok Choy & toasted Sesame seeds.
Steps
- In a fry pan add a little oil, get your green veg and fry it on the flat side (see demo video), once it is charred a little remove and place to the side. In the same pan add the chicken and any sauce in the tray. Add a few tablespoons of water to help make it saucy. Heat on medium for 5-8 minutes until hot through. Add a splash of extra water & turn down if it is sticking.
- Once the chicken is cooked add the green veg back into the pan with the chicken to continue cooking. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.

Heat the rice covered in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until steaming hot.

Slice the spring onion, remove the growing root and thinly slice on the diagonal from top to tail. Continue to plating up the rice, chicken and green vegetables. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and garnish like a pro.
