Delivery: Our packs are delivered in a reusable cardboard box, packed with biodegradable Woolcool to keep the contents chilled. Deliveries are made to individual addresses through Courier Post. Delivery of meals is done via overnight courier service Monday through Thursday for next-day delivery, but some rural deliveries may take an additional day.

Cancellation Terms: For the duration of this subscription, you are locked in for 8 weeks straight. You can cancel and otherwise amend your subscription at any time without the need to receive further Products from us provided that your adjustment request is received by one of the methods outlined on the How To Manage Your Account section of the Site and within the cutoffs. You will be charged a cancellation fee. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription.

Minimum Order Fee Period: 8x10 Subscriptions are designed to give you recurring orders of 10 meals from a set menu (that changes weekly) based on the order frequency chosen for 8 weeks straight. 

Cancellation Fee: Cancelling it prior to completing the 8th order will incur a cancellation fee that is equal to $8.75 multiplied by the number of recurring orders left.

Changing of Address: If you’d like to change your address, just login to your Meal Box account to edit the details. Kindly make sure to have the correct delivery address prior to placing your orders.
